## Narrative

Injured was drilling a hole for a 16' cable bolt on the tight side of 23 West belt at 22 block. The drill hit a hard spot about 7' in, stopping the bit and torquing the gopher drill which pulled on his right shoulder resulting in a strain/sprain. No problems with mining methods, training, PPE or compliance issues.
