Employees were relocating racking at 07 warehouse. During the move they that the rack had slid forward on the forklift forks. They stopped to assess the racking before proceeding. An employee was walking around the racking to see how to handle the situation the racked slipped off of the forks and hit ground & twisted & it struck the employee on his upper arm creating a contusion.
