Narrative

EE was walking to his vehicle after work when he cut between the rows, crossing over a low guardrail. He tripped as he crossed & regained his footing but then caught his foot on the strap of his lunch back, this caused him to fall forward striking the ground & sustaining a laceration to his hand & scrapes to his face. He received 23 stitches.
