Narrative

EE was in the process of showering after shift, left shower head to get some gojo from dispenser near shower entrance. EE's foot slipped off edge of floor into drain trough. Caught top of foot on grating. EE received 6 sutures and a broken 2nd metatarsal with complete tendon disruption. EE will be having surgery on 11/21/14.
