## Narrative

""EE"" was leaving work at the end of his shift.  While walking to his car he stumbled, lost his balance, and fell while crossing the parking ditch. ""EE"" fell forward on his hands and knees and landed face down in the gravel.  He felt a sharp pain in his knee when it hit the ground.  Hours later his right knee became swollen and he was unable to walk on it.
