Narrative

The miner was a passenger on a trolley jeep being operated along the Cool Hill 2 Track. While riding on the jeep he experienced pain in his lower back. The following were not a factor: Rules, Regs., skills, proficiency, protective devices, equipment, attitude or clothing. The miner did not start to lose time until 11-15-14.
