ROOF FALL: A roof fall occurred in the northwest #5 entry at cross cut #141. The roof fall was approx. 20 feet x 25 feet in length and width and fell above the anchorage. The roof fall did not block travelway or the escapeway and ventilation was not affected by the roof fall. The #5 entry is a parallel intake entry.
