The ee claims that as he was assisting with cable handling, the suspended cable fell striking him across the neck and back.  He fell to the ground and complained of pain in his back and left knee.  The cause of the accident was, the employee failed to pay attention to the hung cable and should have asked for assistance prior to attempting to lower the cable.
