## Narrative

The ee claims that as he was rockdusting, the rockdust hose plugged.  As he tried to use pressure to unplug the hose, it suddendly jerked causing the ee to fall to the ground.  The accident was caused by the employee's failure to replace the hose and used excessive air pressure in an attempt to blow the hose clear.  The ee had on the appropriate PPE.
