## Narrative

The ee claims to have felt pain in her neck and back when the mantrip she was riding in d-railed.  The accident was caused by the ee's failure to recognize the rails were slick and did not properly use the sanding devices to slow the mantrip.  The ee had on the appropriate PPE.
