## Narrative

Employee got off 34 haul truck to remove some small rocks from the haul road.  He threw one rock and as he started to throw the second rock, his right ankle slipped and twisted.  This resulted in a severe dislocation, partially torn ligament and spiral fracture of the right ankle.
