## Narrative

Employee was bagging pulverized lime at the Pulverized Bagger. Pulverized lime on his face shield either fell through a hole in the face shield which is used to secure the face shield to the bracket or through the thin gap between the face shield bracket and the brim of the hard hat. The material then fell behind his safety glasses and prescription glasses and got into his eye.
