Narrative

EE was setting down a 4 inch steel pipe behind 8A filter. The pipe slipped and pinched his right index finger against the grating. He was evaluated by a Physician and a cautery pen was used to drain the hematoma under his nail bed. He was released to full duty at this evaluation.
