Narrative

The injured was operating the continuous miner when a piece of rib measuring 3' by 3' by 3"" struck him in the right shoulder/scapula area. The injured has continued to work at his normal job and continued to have pain in his shoulder. An MRI revealed some tearing in his shoulder. The injured began receiving physical therapy on 11/24/2014. This is a Medical Treatment Accident.
