## Narrative

Bolting in #3entry, had drilled 3'of a 6' hole, he inserted the sectional steel into the hole and was aligning it with the bolt wrench, he bumped the rotation while having his hand on the drill steel to assist in aligning the drill steel with the bolt wrench, this rotation grabbed the kevlar sleeve twisting his forearm around the drill steel causing fractures to his forearm.
