EE was removing an underflow splash shield liner (approx. 3'x4') from the inside of the underflow tub, the liner shifted sideways pinching the employee's right hand against another liner in the tub. Liner was on the lip of the tub being moved by hand to the underflow deck when it shifted. Employee received 1"" laceration to right ring finger; durabond and steri-strips were applied.
