Narrative

EE had put last row of bolts up. The pin crew had backed up to install a cable bolt. EE was trying to remove a broke piece of steel out of drill pot and a piece of rock measuring 24""x18""x3"" thick fell striking EE on the back of the neck and left hand. EE received two stitches in his left hand.
