## Narrative

Employee had finished dragging rock dust hose at 99 block #8 entry 9 South when the hose energized unexpectedly, striking him in the groin. This caused him to fall down, twisting his left foot and tearing some of the calf ligiments. No problem with mining machines, methods, PPE, training or compliance issues.
