## Narrative

Employee stated that he and another employee were lifting a piece of floor grating into place on top of the clean coal silos. As he lifted, he felt pain in his left shoulder. The employee was diagnosed with a SLAP (superior labrum from anterior to posterior) Lesion and began missing work on 12/9/2014 due to the injury.
