## Narrative

Employee noticed a flame from engine compartment and then set off the fire suppression. As he exited the machine the wind blew the dry chemical into his eyes causing him to lose sight of the step and he fell onto the push arm of the of the dozer. This resulted in a hair line fracture of the lower leg.
