## Narrative

EE was separating sheets of 1/4"" steel enough to get forklift forks between them. While pressing down on a 36"" pry bar to obtain initial separation he strained his lower back. ER doctor instructions included no lifting until seen by Company doctor the following week. Meds to counter inflammation were also prescribed. Returned to normal activity 12/16/14 with no lost time.
