## Narrative

Elevator initially went down at 12:22AM due to a blown fuse. When testing elevator an EE got on elevator on the bottom. Elevator again went down with said EE on it and trapped 15' from the top. Items changed were 120 to 12V PWR supply, DB contactor, 400AC amp fuse, 450 amp Dc fuse and four (4) control fuses (2-2amp and 2-10amp). EE was trapped approx. 3.5 hrs.
