On 12/30/2014 an incident was reported that there had been an ignition of acetylene. Upon investigation it was determined that there was no ignition. An employee had his torch on too long before striking it which caused a mild pop from the excessive gas. MSHA inspector came to investigate and found no wrong doing and no citations were issued.
