## Narrative

Employee had completed a welding task and was in the process of cleaning up area.   As the employee began to fold the ladder utilized in the task, he looked up and a piece of slag fell from off of one of the ladder rungs.  Report states that: ""The slag fell through the top of his safety glasses and ricocheted in to his eye"".
