Employee was experiencing increased pain in his shoulder due to cumulative trauma due to bolting, setting monorail, hanging pipe, etc. Diagnosed with Bicipital Tenosynovitis of Left shoulder. Employee had surgery on 1/7/15 to repair shoulder.
