## Narrative

While attempting to bundle several sections of pipe together so they could be secured to the rib with chain, the employee felt a ""pop"" in his right forearm followed by some discomfort to his forearm and lower triceps area.  Went to medic, then to doctor.  Restrictions were issued in which we can accommodate.
