## Narrative

Employee was lifting feeder cable to be hung after feeder was advanced in preparation for a belt move. Cause of accident was a small cut in cable and employee had damp gloves on. PPE may have been a factor, compliance rules/regs was a factor, mining equipment/systems was a factor, miner awareness was a factor.
