Narrative

IGNITION - Occurred while cutting mine floor in the #4 entry on 6 section E10 panel. They were cutting mine floor and approx. 10 feet in bottom outby the face on the off curtain side of the entry. The flame lasted approx. 10 seconds and was put out with one fire extinguisher.
