## Narrative

Employee was assisting in the assembly of a 994H loader tilt link using a service truck crane.  During install the crane malfunctioned and tension was put onto the lifting sling that was being used to install the link. EE then pushed on the link to rotate it into position and the tension on the strap caused the link to jump causing his hand to become crushed.
