## Narrative

The employee was tying rebar at the 6500 level north bin when after approx. 15 minutes of work he complained of being hot.  The employee was told to take a rest period and get some fluids. While at rest and after drinking water the employee became faint and lost consciousness for one minute.  The employee was taken to the clinic and received a full duty release.
