## Narrative

The EE was mining in #5 heading. He pulled the cable away from the miner and walked towards the rear of the miner. Through the investigation, it was determined that he walked past the standoff while the pump motor was still energized & accidentally pressed the tram lever resulting in the miner pinning his midsection against the rib.
