## Narrative

Employee was setting out a geophysical survey line above 3A reservoir and was walking down the slope when he stepped on loose gravel on wet muddy ground, causing his ankle to twist, and he fell to the ground. Initially did not want to seek medical attention. Pain continued and he was seen by PCP on 1/19/15, referred to Ortho, diagnosed with fracture and casted, given light duty.
