## Narrative

Individual caught the left heel between the track rail and vehicle frame when attempting to get in a safe area after vehicle was struck by a 20 ton motor. This compliance issue was addressed with discipline, equipment was not a factor and this did not involve job skills, training or attitude. All protective items relating to clothing and protective devices were being utilized.
