Narrative

Maintenance employee was walking through the mill 5 basement, behind ML05 & ML06 feed end and felt like something got in his left eye. Employee was wearing his PPE at the time of the incident. Eye was flushed and employee felt fine. Employee was seen by Optometrist on 01/20/2015; piece of metal found embedded and removed; antibiotic prescription given - making this reportable.
