Narrative

Employee attempted to lift a 3'X3""it up over his head and felt a pop in his right bicep. He lowered the sheet to the floor and felt a sharp pain in his arm and it cramped. He was taken to emergency room with no diagnosis and told to make an appointment with another doctor. He was told on the 20th he would need surgery.
