## Narrative

Employee was filling rockdust pods, he stopped and bleed off air line to disconnect and rockdust came out and he turned to run from the rockdust and he fell hitting his right thumb causing contusion. EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE DATE OF ACCIDENT AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE TORN LIGAMENT IN THUMB AND WAS TAKEN OFF WORK.  EMPLOYEE DID NOT START LOOSING TIME UNTIL 1/29/15.
