Narrative

Employee was moving structure from back of cross cut and stacking by the track with a lo track. Employee was exiting lo track and stepped part way on a 4"" cinder block and rolled his left ankle. The block was buried part way in rock dust and was not visible. Started losing time on 1/29/2015.
