Narrative

Removing a vertical pin on a relay bar at 127 shield with a sledge hammer. He was laying on his side, swinging the hammer with his left hand (right handed) and missed, striking his gloved right hand, resulting in contusions. No problem with PPE, training, mining machines or compliance issues.
