Narrative

IE was moving a 240# wheeled portable fire extinguisher into a MCC up a 3-4 step stairway. The wheeled FE moved the wrong way and IE move to quickly stabilize the unit. This caused a pain in his back that was not reported to his manager until the morning of 2/2/15.
