Narrative

ROOF FALL - Occurred on the No. 1 longwall. The fall was approx. 200 feet outby the longwall face in the No. 1 entry and fell above the roof bolt anchorage. The rock fall was approx. 20 feet long and 10 feet wide and did not block travel or impede ventilation.
