Narrative

The injured employee was positioning an 8"" hydraulic check valve onto the forks of a fork truck. The valve slipped on the forks and the employee attempted to catch it before it fell off of the forks. The Valve pinched his left pinky and ring finger between the fork and the valve injuring those fingers.
