Narrative

Mechanic was installing a flow meter in a truck using two pipe wrenches, sustaining a right shoulder strain. The incident was treated with 1st aid measures until a 2/5/2015 Independent Medical Examination revealed a rotator cuff tear requiring medical treatment. *Surgery on 4/1/15 with lost time. Modified return is anticipated on 5/15/15, with full duty targeted on 10/1/15.
