Narrative

Placing a scale in conveyor decking. Employee rested the scale's weight (3' x 6"" diam) on 2x4's while positioning cable puller. Weight slipped off 2x4 and pinched finger between channel of the decking and the weight. Employee received sutures; no restrictions from ER paperwork. I don't have total mining experience info at time of filing this; system forces numeric entry.
