Narrative

The employee was a passenger in a closed type man-trip. The man-trip was traveling inby and struck a motor that was disabled and stationary in the track entry. The miner received a contusion to his back. The following were not a factor: Rules, Regs., protective devices or clothing, training, proficiency, skills or attitude.
