Narrative

Floating feed cone came loose, feed hopper & adjustment cap to drop 3-4"" onto ee right foot. EE attached overhead crane to stuck floating feed cone. He applied pressure to the assembly he did not notice he had lifted the entire assembly off floor level by 3-4"". He started the 3rd cut and at the time is when the floating feed cone came loose allowing the rest of the assembly to drop
