## Narrative

A non-injury roof fall was found at 10:10 PM. On 2/8/15 prior to sending workers to work on cleaning up a non-reportable fall that was not above anchorage, it was found that an area measuring approximately 6'x6' had fallen more ranging from approximately 6"" to 18"" above the anchorage. This was immediately reported to the MSHA hot line.
