Narrative

The employee claims that as he was stepping down out a diesel locomotors, he stepped on a rock and twisted his left knee. The accident was caused by the employee's failure to pay attention to where he was placing his left foot. He did not violate any rules, regulations or policies. He had on his appropriate PPE equipment.
