## Narrative

Employee was moving stone slab (7 in length , 4 in height, and 2 thick) with overhead crane and vice grips. Stone slab was initially leaning on a metal rack. As stone slab was picked up and guided away from rack the stone cracked and broke causing section of slab not secured with vice grip.
