## Narrative

IE was dismounting powder truck by climbing down facing away from the truck.  IE stepped into a 9"" rut and twisted his knee.  There was significant swelling; the doctor removed some fluid from the knee and immobilized it.  IE is scheduled to consult with surgeon on 2/19 for diagnosis and treatment options.
