## Narrative

EE had stayed in after his shift and as they were coming back to bottom on a golf cart the driver got too close to the rib in a turn. This caused the cart to stop, throwing EE towards the operator side. His leg struck a piece of the cart that was sharp and cut his right thigh. He was seen at union county hospital and had 16 stitches. Returned to work 02/20/2015 no restrictions
